Richard
The rooms themselves were new-fashioned and pleasantly decorated with a view. The location was favourable, just close to Abbot Kinney Mural. We dined at a good nearby restaurant with local dishes.

The service is great, includes convenient parking. The deluxe queen room is impressive and has a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe. The best thing is location - really close to the beach and the seafront and a taxi.

The location was unbeatable, close to Abbot Kinney Mural. On top of that, restaurants and bars were next to the property. The room was compact and terrific and what's more - included a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets.

What a quirky sea side suburb! I loved the place, the crowds, the canals, skating the boardwalk, people and dolphin watching from the deck...
I spent 3 nights at this fantastic place and I was sad to leave! The location is amazing and the rooms are very nice. I just loved my ocean view room! Greg, the manager, is such good fun and super helpful. I'll be back!

quiet, beautiful beach setting - excellent service by our host Greg. Rooms were a bit small, but the ambiance more than made up for the lack of space - wasn't in the room long enough to worry about such trivial stuff! This stop along our way was by and large the best night of our week long holiday in California.
the stay just wasn't long enough! I intend to go back but for at least a week!

I was at the end of a 4 week stay in the US and needed somewhere quiet to recoup before returning to Australia. It was extremely pleasant and the manager was very friendly and helpful. If you were after a beach holiday, this was fine. I did find it a little difficult to get around much as I was without a car, but the walking was fine and the food in the area was good. The hotel provided a really simple but lovely, fresh continental breakfast each morning. The room I had was small but perfectly adequate for a solo traveller. Thank you, Greg.

1) Greg, the GM, was the best; knowledgeable, helpful, filled with good ideas, really great personality and unflappable. 2) The location is superb. 3) The room overlooked that extensive beach. 4) Nearby restaurants for food & drink.

Not ennough parking Space. To much time to find a public parking, I lost a lot of holidaytime.

The location is excellent....that pretty much descrcribes this hotel. Our bed was on broken supports and squeaked, very small rooms and the bathroom lacked any kind of shelf. However, wonderful location. So, worth the visit.

Great spot, helpful staff.
Feels a bit run down. Walls were paper thin, could hear everything going on in surrounding rooms and upstairs.
